How can I cancel my subscription renewal?

If you need to cancel your subscription, we’ve made the process simple for you. Just follow these easy steps, and your subscription will be canceled.

Step 1: Go to the Subscription Plan Page

To start the cancellation process, navigate to the Subscription page in your dashboard.

Step 2: Click on Cancel Subscription in the Upper Right Corner

Find this “cancel subscription” icon and click.

Step 3: Share Your Feedback

Before canceling your subscription, we kindly ask you to share the reason for your decision. Your feedback is invaluable to us, as it helps us improve our services and better serve our customers. Please know that we carefully read and consider every piece of feedback we receive.

Step 3: Share Your Feedback

Refunds are handled manually, and we usually respond within 2-3 business days. But don’t worry if we’re a bit late – we’ll still honor your request based on the date you sent it.

Step 4: Confirm Your Cancellation

To proceed with the cancellation, click on the “Cancel Subscription” button.

Step 5: Access Your Remaining Credits

After canceling your paid account, any remaining credits will stay in your account until the end of your subscription period. You will see a message displaying the remaining credits and their expiration date.

on the “Don’t Cancel Subscription” button.

To reactivate your account later, you can always upgrade to any of our paid plans on the
Subscription page.
